| More good news-the vascular surgeon cleared me. it seems the problem is a long time with Parkinson's disease and the suspect is nerve pain. That is being treated with meds.

| Great accomplishment Joe. You have inspired me to stop drinking sodas (one week so far), drop sugar (3 days so far) and exercise more (five days so far). If you can stop smoking, my little stops and starts should certainly be possible to turn into new, positive habits. |

| 8/26/2013 DK.. I had to stop using the Patch, my ankles and feet were swelling ! I looked up " Side Effects from The Patch," that was one of them. So I decided to go it solo without it... Cheers..Joe... |
