Medical Tests Results

I received a most welcome call today. I was told it would take 10 days before I got the results of the tests--tube down my nose and it only took three days. Thank God.
I was told I need surgery and was referred to a thoracic surgeon.

What surgery?? You have been through so very much. I wish I could just waft my magic wand and make you better. I am so sorry you have to go through another surgery. What will the surgery fix?

Yesterday was a sad day. My brother passed. Fortunately, his daughter and I were able to reunite with him.

Thank you for you kind words and prayers. God knows I have zero patience. Fortunately He provided
me with the lab results before the news of my brother's loss.

God is very good.

Sorry to hear about your brother, Alice; he never had any peace since Vietnam, but he will have now. I hope the op goes well and fixes the problem. Take care and best wishes for a speedy recovery.

I am so happy. Got off the pills that were killing me and regaining strength.

Barium swallow today. Can't eat or drink until it is over. Test is at 11:30.
Surgeon was amazed at the previous test results . No wonder I was sick. Zero acid and filled with acid blockers. Clearly acid was not the problem.

Alice, I'm sure you will be pleased when all the testing is over. Today I had my last series of radiation treatment. Now to wait 4 - 6 weeks before a determination to start a new series. I think it has helped reduce the pain in my shoulder by about 20%. That may now sound like much, but when it comes to pain, it is considerable.

Alice, how did the operation go. What did it accomplish for you? Can you eat and digest properly? I am lost here about what has happened to you. I am sure it is me. But, I do not know what is going on with you. Please tell me. I hope you are going to be well.

I am still waiting. Am scheduled for a Botox injection on the 24th which they are trying to move up. Have an appointment with another surgeon on the 18th.
Time will tell. God's will be done.
