A great lady!

It is sad that she was overcome by dementia first as was her good friend, Ronald Reagan.

Senile dementia isn't necessarily a bad thing. My grandmother was happy in hers, I remember. I wrote a poem about it at the time. She would only get upset when motherwould try to bring her back to "reality."

If dementia were contagious, I would think she got it from Ronald Reagan.

It's only heart-breaking for us - for them (and maybe us someday) it's a release from an unkind "reality."
