Heart Healthy Diet How Mediterraneans Out Live Americans

                 I came across this three weeks ago and forgot about it till now, it's a heart
                 healthy diet, how the Mediterraneans live longer than Americans, I found it
                 interesting, I've been using this for three weeks and have lost 7 lbs, I'm sure
                 my Dr. will be happy when I see him next month. I always use Olive Oil, I have
                 stopped using butter and margarine and in the morning I add olive oil to a plate
                 and dip whole wheat bread in it, here's the article along with the food you can

Thanks Joe.  I'm losing weight at last but it's a mixture of calorie counting, exercise and carb counting - a simple diet plan would be better.  I always use olive oil too.  However, I am not always as healthy in my food choices as I should be.

                             Read the article, the food is easy ! I've even gotten to like eating
                  walnuts ! I just read an article on Aljazeers very interesting on the obesity
                  of this country, I'll be back with the article line.. It amazes me how obesity
                  in this country is growing ..
