- At least two people were injured in a shooting at Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colo. on Friday.
One student was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to KDVR. The second student suffered a minor gunshot wound.
At a 1:45 p.m. press conference, County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said the suspect, who was a student, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Robinson said the shooter "targeted a specific teacher that he was interested in confronting." That teacher was not injured.
When the shooter entered the school Friday afternoon, he asked for the teacher by name, Robinson said at a 3:00 p.m. press conference. When that teacher found out the student was asking for him, he left the school immediately.
Robinson also said that no weapons were found at the scene besides the shotgun used in the shooting. Authorities believe the shooter acted alone.

| Who knows what sets a child off. It is hard to consider every word one says in the possible context that any person hearing those words may react in an insane way. I am so sorry for the people left to morn and wonder what the hell happened. What a waste of a young life and what trash he left behind...no person can possibly understand the reasoning. I pray for his parents and the injured people and they families. Love, Betty |
