A good ebook idea?

I want to write an ebook on how to reduce smoking. I do not have any plans to write story books as I do not read much of those books. I wonder if my ebook idea is useful or not. It isn't about helping people to quit smoking, but how to cut down. What do people think of an ebook like this, will it be useful? It will show people how to cut down and show how smokers don't need to smoke every day. But it isn't a how to quit smoking altogether kind of book. I am a smoker but am very good at cutting down. Let me know what you think,
