Business Law: an Introduction 2nd Edition is an introductory text suitable for Business Law I, Legal Environment, Introduction to Law and similar college courses. It is based on my original book with the same name which in its first edition was published by Irwin/Mirror Press in 1993 and then by McGraw-Hill for a number of years when it purchased Irwin. It was kept in print for longer than a decade and used from California to Massachusetts in at least 37 states with very loyal adopters who refused to drop the book even when it became dated. The text has been completely revised and expanded and I also wrote the Test Bank and Instructor's Manual as I had for the original.
