I couldn't help but notice a curious coincidence involving the use of Russell Crowe as Andy Coulson. It's true that the greedy stockbroker, Max Skinner from
A Good Year, looks a bit like Coulson, but Crowe once played a somewhat sleazy reporter in the film
State of Play, whose character might come a bit closer. The odd thing is that Cal McCaffery
looks a lot like another of the players here, Steve Coogan.
And
State of Play was a film about the media's sell-out to the corporations. Hmmm.
