While I like reading articles, I think the best way to study POV is by reading great novels. Not for entertainment, but critically, analyzing the way the author handles POV and everything else. This helps me more than articles, although I have benefited from articles and books on writing, too.

I have written out lists of characters in novels that particularly impressed me, and bubble-diagrammed their relationship to each other and plot twists.
