Perhaps keep an eye on this and wait if you have a manuscript you are shopping around.

I wonder whether they will pull titles from Createspace. Maybe associated with this:

I think they are selecting self-published authors who have had a modicum of success through self-promotion -- thus indicatig that they would be willing to market and promote and have already learned the ropes.
