My coffee mug arrived today. It is marvelous and even Dave loves it. We are giving it to Dan for part of his birthday gift. It has a picture of him on the bridge at St Andrews in Sotland.

Do you know if you can use a politician's image
on buttons , is it legal, I thought if your in the public
eye it can be used if you don't use slander ? I love
the cards...

Shelagh..

I've seen on their site political buttons with the faces
of Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee, etc. Just saying run in 2012, now
what I'm trying to figure out since so many people are using these
images are they legal ? None of the buttons I've seen so far are
offensive, their guidelines to me don't make it clear, what if you
just use the name and not the photo ? Od should I just give up !
