| That I need to get into the kitchen and start dinner: Poblano pepper/Jack cheese beef patties with Bourbon Sauce and roasted veggies: Beets, parsnips, and brussels sprouts. It's just Lynn & Chris tonight, the poblano beef patties are Chris's favorite, and the three veggies are Lynn's favorites. They are bringing the wine, so I don't know what it will be. We don't do dessert - everybody's watching sweets.

| I'm working on the next Mandinam Press publication -- the tenth book! I'm quite excited about it. I was offered joint authorship but I said I would settle for being the publisher. |

| I am thinking about how grateful I am at this very moment. A miracle has happened and my gratitude bucket is overflowing. I'll add a couple more sprinkles of gratitude when the tornado warning is lifted :-) :-) |

| It has been terrible weather, tornados all around ripping up trees twisting around, upturning vehicles and putting carports on the tops of roofs. Every one is safe that I know. My dogs do not like severe weather. They have been very close by me this day. The rain has stopped now and I am thinking it is a good time for them to go out and do their business! Love, Betty |

| I'm thinking about the ending of my book. I know how it will end. I don't yet know how I will get it there. I've been thinking about it for several days.
That's my two cents worth, but you offered only a penny. Sold. Times are tough. |

| I'm thinking about decorations for the signing table at this week's book launch. Already have a hat to match the one on the book's cover, a nice vintage tablecloth, some silk cabbage roses, and the book cover poster art. I'm thinking about April Fools Day and wondering which one of my friends will catch me off-guard. |

| the goblin was trying to catch his own tail now, saying "...I do the rounds, at times there's nothing to reply to, whereas other times I can't reply to everywhere at once it seems, but I love what I do, and appreciate those who have fed me my thoughts, alice, by the way, is always a great thread starter and mood maker, where I feel my thoughts, since she's asking for them this late hour, are not those of my cold cutting daytime self now, no, in these moments before bedtime I muse over the events of the day, be that either of myself or something in the news, like someone faced with the tarot cards trying to interpret the meaning of the dealt hand to a clock that sounds just like a thumping galley drum...", in fact, the goblin felt some fear about the future, perhaps his or everyones then, the spent dollar, the unsustainable euro, the forthcoming ice age, the political turmoil, the slide into unrest in southern europe, and umpteen other conjectures and conclusions were what the goblin was actually thinking here, yet somehow he knew too, that he had only scratched the surface of his mind, simply he didn't really know what he was thinking until he had seen what he had thought within the text of a post like now |

| I was thinking about making a bowl of popcorn, but it's hard to type and eat popcorn at the same time (great diet technique though). Then I saw Shelagh's post about the 10th book - wahoo! |

| Alice... A Penny For Your Thoughts. The UK uses Penny. Here in the States we use cent. Are you asking..." Cent for your thoughts?" |

| We have pennies, Dom. A copper penny is worth one cent. Not much you can buy with just one anymore, but they do exist. Ann |

| I found a 1943 PENNY. I called the mint…they told me we do not have pennies. They said we only have cents. Something I never knew. True we all say penny. At least I do. That’s my two cents worth. |

| Alice, there are times when a penny for my thoughts would be an overpayment. My two cents are offered from time to time, and not wanted. I don't think money is a proper measure for thoughts.
If thoughts could kill,... If thoughts were revealed, there would be...
Sometimes thoughts should be kept secret. Only the shadow knows.
Good thoughts are the best. |

Yes, LC. The book was first published in 1983 and has been through three publishers: MTP Press (Lancaster), Kluwer (Dordrecht) and Petroc Press (acquired by Radcliffe Publishing, Milton Keynes). It should be out in June. |
