| Have any of you changed your eating habits ? Do you stay on your diets at holidays or go off?
I used to overstuff myself--can't do it anymore. How about you?

When the holidays are over I'm going back to my usual frozen dinners, they have everything and just the right amount of calories, that's how I lost 15 lbs a few months earlier , no sweets, maybe a cookie or two..
