I lost the post looking for info on book marks. Mine are from vistaprint and are seen at http://dkchristi.webs.com/presskit.htm

Hope this helps.

I also made my own at seven per 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper and printed them at staples when they had a color page price of .36/copy. That was a lot of work and the paper was thinner.

If you order 5000 - you can get them quite inexpensive at several other online places.
