Until all the submissions are in, I will be giving updates about the number of contributors and the total number of words for the anthology.

I have accepted fourteen stories from fourteen contributors.

The total number of words is:

47,519

Thank you for submitting your work. I will be sending out formatted word files for proof reading over the coming weeks.

Is the deadline still June? Not that I would wait anywhere near that long, but I don't have my revisions at the top of my priority list just yet. I have been working with your suggestions, Shelagh, and am finding them very helpful and inspiring.

Hi Ann,

There isn't a fixed deadline as such. I received late submissions for Forever Friends that added a great deal in quality to the anthology. The earlier submissions tended to be already published material. I want this to be as good a collection of short stories as anything already available, anywhere. That takes time. There's no rush.
