| I don't drink it. I take in pill form (like Vitamin E). You can't even taste it. |

| Ok, guys, I started giving fish oil to my Poms for their skin. I'll keep you informed as to how well it works. |

| I used to have a knee problem which was very painful. My wife suggested I take fish oil as it is supposed to be good for your joints. It actually works as my knee problem went away within a week of taking them. Three cheers for Good old Omega 3. Stinking of fish and growing gills is a small price to pay for having good knees! |

| What makes fish oil work is its Omega-3 fatty acids - a very healthy fat. Flaxseed oil is a vegetable version of the same Omega- 3 fatty acid, and has no smell. I use it daily with no side effects.

| Merri, I'm thinking that one might eventually get tired of the traditional mermaid, whose top half is woman and whose bottom half is fish. That would be fine for awhile, but at some point in time, speaking only for myself, you understand, I'd want her the other way around. Just saying............ Just saying................ Hmmmm, wonder why we never see any pictures of a mermaid whose bottom half is woman and whose top half is fish? I suppose it has something to do with her being much prettier the other way. Somehow, I just can't picture Daryl Hannah that way. I suspect that if all mermaids were shown with top half fish and bottom half woman, we wouldn't be nearly so interested in them. |

A daughter came in from Denver. She brought me fish oil pills. She's back in Denver and so are the pills. |

Dave asked, " Why did you try them again? I told you they were not good." I said, " I forgot how bad they were." He said," What if you forget again?' I said "Just threaten to poke thumbtacks in my eyeballs if I take another one,"" |

No. I'd rather swallow a hook. Me too! Ann, I have already tried the flaxseed oil. Sorry, it made me sick too. |

| I tried drinking the flaxseed oil and couldn't do it. I think I lasted 3 days and then gave up. By the third day I could barely swallow it. |

| Castor Oil is what they were made to take on the Little Rascals. And their faces told the story. |
