| Breada is an evil slutaroosky, that's for sure. She'll do all the things nobody else will dare to do, and then tell everyone about it and make them feel bad. Shelagh, did I mention that she's in the UK? |

| Back on topic while Shelagh is on look-out for Breada.
This morning I again sent required materials to a publisher of history books. (There were many requirements and "nice to have" materials and I worked an entire day putting them together.) They said to send photos if they were available. I put the query in the email and attached the photos of the poster I used for my presentation at my husband's squadron reunion as well as pictures of the squadron in 1962 and at a reunion in 1999. Tonight I went to check on what was sent. (For no reason at all really.)
What came up immediately after the query in the body of the email were the three photos. It gave me chills, as I realized the combination told exactly what my book was about, the personal touch of a historical event. To me that was a success, and really one I did not plan.
I don't know if I'll get a response, and I'm going to work on materials for the next publisher this time, rather than waiting to hear, and I did send short queries to two others yesterday.
I have dreams, but most of all I have a purpose. Fulfillment will not be making lots of money or being famous, but putting my voice out there, showing history in a different way, how it touches people not just governments.
Love, Carol |

| I'm working towards my own dream too. Very slowly at that though. I added a few houses of the beautiful 'lil city of Utopia on the bottom floor of my ark: http://uk.geocities.com/aa_institute1/abduls-centauri-princess.jpg |

| I like 'Gabes new avatar. The Saxon moustache gives him a look reminiscent of King Harold off to Stamford Bridge! I find that an unintended consequence of my mad ruminations on this and other forums seem to boost the number of hits that my website recieves. Perhaps I am selling myself pretty well with these things? I guess that all the world likes a madman or a rebel? |

| Sure Carol. You can take your pick! A suburban house out in the country or a western red cedar built four bedroom detached property in Utopia, right next to the presidential palace overlooking the Eridanus River.Mind you don't feel too dizzy though... with landscapes arching up above you across the sky. |

Carol Me too! Right now I'm living in So CA between San Bernardino and Palm Springs. It's strange - the city is nestled in the San Bernardino National Forest below Big Bear, yet our summers are a hundred-degrees plus. For someone who lived in north/central MN for several years, surrounded by forests and lakes, this has been...an experience. |

| Ahad, I think you're on to something. I remember some year ago a preacher was selling shares in heaven. The SEC put him out of business.
Now if you can come up with a scheme to sell plots on your space ship, you might have something. All you'll need is a space Real Estate license. Be careful though, some scammer will steal the idea.
Put me down for a for a secluded plot unless there's space close to Carol or Brenda. If I need something to read, I'll just ask them to write something for me. |

| Cute, Abe. But from what I've heard, you're doing pretty well yourself, altho a man who looks so dashing shouldn't have problems getting ladies to write for him. |

| Brenda,
I've met him in person. He is dashing but looks nothing like his present avatar.

| There is a very tight population control in this world, since there's only 437 square kilometres of living space available (if one does the math ), so I'll be sure to prioritise reservations of houses for everyone here. But like I always tell people, why pay above the odds for a single home when you can buy the whole Ark plus the dream of a New Earth, all for just $20 on Amazon? |

| To refer to another thread, it sounds like Ahad's message is one of hope, of imagining a good world.

| I would like to live in the town junkyard. I like old cars. But since I would have no coin, I would have to be a transient? |
