After weeks of trying to decide I finally bought the " Power Pressure Cooker XL," I didn't buy it off of TV because they would over charge for postage, I joined Bed-Bath And Beyond and when you do you get a 20% off coupon, so instead of it costing me $99.99 it cost me $79.99 plus tax. I tried it yesterday and did a whole chicken in 30 minutes, it was' so delicious and tender you could cut the breast with a fork ! Here's the video so you can see how it works from youtube,
Ann Could use this, it would make her cooking faster and easier..
Cheers.........Joe

Alice.. Thanks ! I think Ann can use one it would make her cooking easier and faster. It does everything several machines would do and each button is pre- programmed on how long to cook the item...

Dear Joe, I have a large pressure cooker. I can many things. I am glad you are happy with your appliance. The kind of cooker I have is designed for mass production. I could cook a chicken or a pork in it, but it is really too large for that. I love being able to save food in jars for next year. I like your cooker. It reminds me of the old pressure cooker that my foster mother had. It could cook a chicken, no time at all. Once, when I was 16, my science project was to put together the skeleton of a chicken (without the head) so we cooked the whole chicken, feet and all (without the head) in the pressure cooker. I wired the bones all together and presented it at the science fair for the school. I won. haha. Love, Betty

How far is Santa Fe from Florida? The food sounds quite good. And I know you are a great host to your company at your own sacrifice of comfort.

Pressure cookers have evolved. The older ones could be scary, but there was nothing better for canning at home.
