Die Rheinpfalz (the Rheinpfalz newspaper) today had an article and photos of Jimmy Carter and Elvis Presley. Their ancestral roots are both from the town of Hochstadt (near Neustadt) in the Palatinate (State of Rheinland/Pfalz).and are fourth cousins. Their roots are from the family Pressler.
