Hello every one! I'm a creative author and life coach...

My name is Bruno LoGreco, life coach and author of Stop Sabotaging Your Life, 3 Steps To Your Full Potential. I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario to Italian immigrant parents. I commute to New York regularly, you can say it's home away from home. When I'm not life coaching and writing, I'm getting lost in acrylic paint. My passion is a source of expression; I create whatever comes to mind. I have a sweet tooth, so it won't be uncommon for you to find me in the kitchen Sunday baking a chocolatey delicious treat. And, if I'm not at the gym exercising by 6:00AM, there's a good chance I won't be exercising on that day.

Stop Sabotaging Your Life, 3 Steps To Your Full Potential is my second book. My first book, Polishing The Diamond Within, A Guide To Self-Confidence is an ebook but I am planning to make some revisions to it before turning it it into a book.

Welcome to the forum! When I'm not writing I play golf -- badly, but it gets me out in the fresh air and the exercise is good for me.

Hi and welcome. I write for fun - I write for swspotlight.com and consider that my fun time. Sometimes I go dancing or walking on the beach or in the Everglades. I was riding my bike, but became afraid of falling for some reason - and I loved it so. I also kayak.

Hello, nice to meet you I write to relax - it helps me lock every special moment in my mind forever. Now that I have changed jobs, I might have more time to enjoy horseback riding - which is really about 70% horse TLC and 30% in the saddle Anyway, welcome!

Now that's my idea of golfing. It works for me.
