| To All Romney supporters:
Its a beautiful day-I love being a victim, a moocher a less than person. All of this because I am disabled..
All I ever want is to take--take from those hard workers who toil all day and night to make their millions.
Its a good thing those rich folks can shelter their zillions in beautiful Switzerland or I 'd grab that too.
I hope Romney cares more about you than he does about me.
I will not remain silent when labeled and denounced by a Presidential candidate

| Joe, please see the private message I sent to you....and I do appreciate the video. Remember, others see YouTube besides members of this forum.
Alice, I am equally enraged as you may have seen in my Facebook listing.

| I haven't added any friends since the posts have become more political. Sometimes I even worry that some of the more adamant people might even be a danger, their anger is so intense. I've considered removing my FB page. |

| @DK I know, I remember your forum post. Don't let it get to you like that, and don't let people scare you off your pages. In the end any subject can be discussed and beaten to death, but the real change does not come until folks get more politically active. That is one reason why I do not get into a lot of political discussions, especially on FB or any other online medium... yes, it shares viewpoints etc but there is no real change. Once we get settled in Dallas, I plan on going to some of the party meetings to become more active. I think that will be more effective than... dunno... slinging words... online... but that is just me. Huggles, Katja |

| Back on topic--the first thing I think of in the morning is poor me! How can I get the gov to give me more?
The rich folks are dependent on govt help too-- tax cuts!

| DK,
You heard sarcasm and more than an inkling.
I am wondering why it has never occurred to the wealthy that their tax cut is a government benefit and that perhaps they should forgo it in favor of a food benefit for a hungry child.

| I dated a charming guy in the U.S. Military as a young woman. We were both in school and had career plans. We shared the same values at that time. He was full of kindness and compassion; his family were hard working people and his dad was a big wig in the union.
We parted company. In recent years we ran into each other and enjoyed chatting about the very different paths our lives took. My career took me into the lives of people who had barriers in life and needed a hand up to be active participants in the economy. I had a stint at extreme wealth, but it didn't change me. In fact, I was uncomfortable with servants and unlimited choices. I was still a conservative budget person.
My friend had a career and a life in which he was surrounded with wealth and people who were the same and only participated in stuff for "their kind" - the expensive clubs, cars, homes, restaurants, travel, investments, etc. Their goals were to own more, get more, keep more and grow more wealth. It was an obsession in my eyes - everything was measured by a $ sign.
He believed he made the right choices and lived the perfect life. Those who are suffering made the wrong choices and are getting what they deserve. It's not his position to care about them beyond a tax deduction for charities. Certainly, the more tax deductions he can get the better, to preserve his wealth. That's their world: preserve and grow wealth.
We don't talk much any more. He just doesn't get it and he won't. He has a superior attitude. I see it a lot around here with all the high end shopping malls and groceries that cater to the extremely wealthy. You can see the attitude in the shoppers.
It's just the way it is. Romney will never "get it." Here we call it the "Napolese Disease" - those of extreme wealth who don't see people who are not "their kind." Naples is a bastion of extreme wealth, sort of the Palm Beach of the west coast of Florida.

| I have never been hungry.
My parents provided well for us.
My husband was educated and had continuous employment --we were fortunate.
I am not a victim. |
