| How about a fencing match? That way of settling disputes had an element of class. With duels, there were seconds. I think fencing was just the parties in dispute.
That's right; fencing and duels to settle disputes went out with the advent of laws, enforcement and courts. |

| Alice, I think your suggestion would appeal to many. One lying and the other exposing the lies. If we borrow more money from China, I think the chopsticks may become a reality.
China is a world-power. We saw it coming and it is now a fact. Imagine what would happen if they demanded immediate repayment of our debt. Imagine what will happen with another world conflict. They got money, military equipment and the largest supply of people (fighters) in the world. Ass kissing may become a necessity for peace. |
