| Peter Breck, funny, Nick Barkley died. Does anyone remember him? He was 82 almost 83. I laugh and laugh at his Big Valley explosions.
He is as precious to me as Crowe is to Ann. |

| As we age, those not so far ahead of us multiply. |

| I remember Nick. Peter Breck was about the same age as this guy, who is still living: The man's name is Clu Gulager, but during the mid-60's, he looked more like this: That particular persona was called Emmett Ryker, the deputy/sheriff of Medicine Bow, Wyoming, according to The Virginian TV series (one of the few shows I liked more than The Big Valley - mostly because of Sheriff Ryker - who looks, sounds, and acts like a guy name Jake Holder, for those of you who might have been reading the Redstone Stories). He was a precious to me then as Crowe is now Ann

| And, BTW, I am most proud of myself. I managed to do all of the work for the above post, using my new little shell pink (far right) netbook: and this: Change is difficult. Why do newer models have to put all the old tasks in new places and formats? But I am adapting. I like this dainty (7"x10") little lady very much, I think. Ann |

| I loved my netbook - iPad, ereader, everthing in one. Use a wi-fi mouse. I now have carpel tunnel thumb due to using that touch pad so much. The pain is excruciating when I move my thumb wrong and fixing it will be a problem. I had to move back to the pc with a standard keyboard and wi-fi large mouse. The larger movements are tolerated better.
My netbook was my constant companion. Congrats on yours. |

| So far, the keyboard is easier on my arthritis, and the mouse pad seems much easier to use than the one on my old laptop. Time will tell, I guess. The ads for this one indicated they had been working on the complaints.
