Dear Joe,

They look a whole lot like moon pies, only better and not quite so dry. Cookies with whipped marshmellow centers. Better for you than Oreo cookies.

Does Little Debbie make those?

I bought the book and pan plus a pan for myself

I bought the set for my sister-in-law for her birthday
I recently looked up on the web recipes for Whoopie Cakes using box
cake mix, their was error in the recipe instead of putting two Tablespoons
in the wells of the pan you put one tablespoon in the well of the pan. I
made chocolate ones with chocolate filling, Yummy. Next time I'll try Red
Velvet Cake Mix and Cream Cheese Frosting, the limits are endless, you
can use any cake mix, when baking bake at 350 for 10 minutes let cool
and then do the next batch, the box cake mix makes 14 Whoopie pies.
I saw the pan in Bed Bath & Beynd and they want $10.95 !
