| Wooffer's mom, Betty is a real acomplished, solid citizen--living proof that you don't have to be what you came from. She is loving, kind and caring. I first met Betty on the PAMB board and was surprsed at her courage . I had gone into Jame's bar to kick off the campaign to make Stodghill's Normandy book a best seller. James was very rude and Betty stood up for me. She is a keeper as a friend. I mourn with her the loss of Wooffer, but am glad it wasn't the loss of her. Somewhere there is a litlte dog who needs Betty's love and care. |

| Dear Alice,
I remember that time. I have never understood it, but I remember it.
You, my friend, are an example of courage in the face of bewildering and catastrophic circumstances. You are a truth sayer. An honorable, compassionate, outspoken soul. When Carol was with us, she always said, "I love this fiesty woman!" I do believe she had you pegged. You, my friend, are one of a kind.
Love,
Betty |
