I agree 100%. The old blame the victim mentality is hard at work when the woman is blamed for provoking an attack because of her provacative attire.



The late Charles Rodman Campbell passed by a lady's house in the summertime.

She was washing her windows while attired in a bikini.



He raped her--went to Monroe reformatory for years--let loose went back to her house and slit her throat, her daughter's throat and neighbor's throat.



He was hung. Some stupid people blamed the lady. i think she was entitled to dress as she wished. HE HAD A PROBLEM--Obviously_
