I read it. What's horrifying about it? Are you familiar with Detroit and its issues? Sounds like they're actually doing something about one of their issues (terrible schools). BTW, that first picture is really misleading. It has little to do with the article. Plus, I doubt you could even find two white people in Detroit anymore, lol.

I was afraid to read this at first. Visions of gruesome things went hrough my mind--to see teachers laid off, where there was a gigantic drop in kids was a relief.
Now they can rehire the best and that is good.

The rest can relocate to where there are students.
