Do You Enjoy Dental Visits?

I hate them. I have to take a heavy dose of antibiotic one hour before the appointment which makes me sick for days.

To top off the day we had to go to a birthday party where I was grilled as to why I didn't eat the entire too large serving of cake.

Not a fun day!

Still sick today!

Alice that stinks! You'd think in this day and age they could find a less troublesome antibiotic. While I cannot say that I enjoy the dentist visit at all, I do rather like my dentist and his staff. He hums along to the stereo while he works, which I find quite relaxing. His staff are very competent and professional. They never give me crap, which my old dentist and his staff used to do - I can't help that all my teeth were filled when I was a kid and that makes them hard to work on now. This dentist is also younger than me, has all the new tech gadgets which make things relatively painless, and he is easy on the eyes. Even behind his mask.

The dentist is wonderful, it is the amoxicillin that makes me yuk!
It will pass.

Enjoying a dental visit? Anyone that goes that route for pleasure needs more than dental work.
