1887 in England , I bought it in Greenwich Village in
1972 , at a antique shop for $50- ..

It's enameled , very heavy to wear. I do know it was created
in 1887 before Jack The Ripper who was in 1888....I'm sorry I
didn't buy the 2nd piece, oh well....It has Queen Victoria on
the back..

A tiny medallion on a chain around my neck. It say's I'm a diabetic. If I'm lucky, they'll see it before throwing me in the drunk tank.

I had several. I had a gold, Bhatt chain that I wore for 30 years. On it was a tiny gold shell charm that hung in the back at the latch. A year ago, I was traveling and lost it. The loss was nearly $10,000. Not very good luck there.

I have one more, a thin, gold ring with bamboo markings that I wear on a long chain. Hopefully, its luck will be a little better!!!

I have a smooth red stone that I found on this property. It is unusual for Florida because it is a real rock. It is in my imagination, the rock of ages.

I am reminded then of Paul Simon.

Luck has never followed me around. It is enough that small drips of luck fall around me like rain. I could not ask for more.
