Just read articles from several news medias Baby Doc Duvalier
to be arrested at any moment for looting treasury of Haiti and
killing hundreds of thousands of Haitians under his rule....He should
be tried for those crimes !

Some countries just seem to need a strongman dictator to keep things running. They can't handle democracy. No matter how much we try to force it on them.

A benevolent dictator would be preferable to a mean one.
