I very much believe that knowing where you and your family came from is important. And your family's experience is a rich and vital one.

ps - I'm a truck driver too!

My family was not the Hippies Jan and Rainey in the movie Into The Wild. Jan and Raineys Portrayal was off, but it was a movie. Everyone that knew them Refered to them as Jan and Bobcat they were hippies for sure. My family was often called Tramps, Bums, Migrant workers, Gypsies, My family never used drugs or had long hair etc like some hippies did. I was around this all of the time. My parents did however drink alot and used us kids often to get the money for beer and also food for the family. My family is portrayed on page 44 of the book into the wild, and My little Sister Tracy is the girl Kristen stewart played in the Movie. They did use her name, and my familys name in the credits after the movie. I have a medical record from the emergency room in Yuma Arizona when my ear drums burst in 1982, saying "The family refused service are on there way to Texas have been living in the orchards, personel hygene very poor, they have no water or facilities" I would like to write about how loving my family was. Mom was loving. and dad never physically abused me just worked me hard, I wish i could say the same for my sisters and my Wife, alot of bad things happened to them. I have seen so many things in my Life, i've heard an old man and woman screaming while burning up inside of a travel trailer fire. seen a woman ran over by her friends motorhome. found dead people on the side of the highway, been held at gun point I could go on forever and i will in my book. I am very proud to say that after being homeless fo 21 years my Little sister that Kristen Stewart played in the movie is the manager of a small chain of convience stores in Montana. My other sister is a behavior specialist in Gillette Wyoming. And most of you Know about me by what i have posted. I am proud to say I have never In my life used any tobacco, any drugs or alcohol, after years of being subjected to it. I had two ear surgeries one in 2003 and one in 2004 to restore my hearing. if people will read it I know I will have a good book..
