CONGRESSMAN PREDICTS 18% UN-EMPLOYMENT-MIDDLE CLASS GONE

A congessman has predicted that if congress doesn't start slashing and
and cutting all the waste, too many depts. in Washington, too much
waste and fraud we're headed for 18% un-employment and the middle
class will be wiped out ! I say they need to slash in half all these depts.
they don't need, cut the fraud and waste , pork barrel gone ! What is
your opinion ?

Cut the Department of Defense budget in half. Take that money and give to universal health care.

Conglomerates need downsizing. Downsize the the big banks and allow the smaller banks to provide services to the local communities. Their customers are real people and not just stats as viewed by robotic or electronic means.

Reduce imports and quit exporting jobs.

STOP ! Outsourcing . STOP companies from manufacturing in
China, make it a Federal law. Make all our products like we
used to here in the USA, put a heavy duty 25% on all
imported goods, you want to see manufacturers come running
back here...Cut all Congress staff by 50% , no more perks, they
have to pay for their own haircuts, medical, office supplies ! By
the way the photo is an old one when I wore glasses..

I hate to be gloomy, but I wonder if this mess can be fixed. It will take some doing. Too bad we have a Congress--they don't seem to get what we want.
