Alice, they are both strong characters and they will stay around as long as it suits them. You have been a bit tough on Domenic. He had a great deal of respect for Lane and appreciated Lane's directness. We all take criticism badly, mainly because we know it is true. Domenic offered Betty some very good advice. If I had the time, I would offer some advice too. I'm busy porting interviews that were deleted from one blog to my blog, Literature & Fiction. I had posted 48 blog posts on someone else's blog. She repaid me by deleting every single blog post (one had 32 comments on it!). I'm too busy to be upset by it. I have to find all the posts on Google before the cached pages disappear. Somebody telling me off on a message board is nothing compared to the amount of work I'm having to do. People can be very vindictive.

Whatever goes on between you and Domenic, neither one of you is causing as much trouble to one another as the trouble caused to me.

I set up something for the blog owner. I said that I would run it for her and she could advertise on it and keep any revenue from the ads. She wanted to take it over completely and I wouldn't let her. She demanded that I changed the name and I did. Then she removed forty-eight of my blog posts from her site.

I have replaced twenty-one blog posts and replaced seventy-nine comments on those posts. I still have to replace nineteen deleted interviews.

I also had to change the book of interviews because the interviews no longer exist on the website the book advertised.

Guess you know how it feels to have a knife sticking out of your back. Sticking to your guns does require work, but in the end, the satisfaction is worth the effort.

Yes, Abe, the results have been very rewarding. As one of the administrator of the blog where the interviews were first posted, I had access to the to the blog's wordpress stats. It is very satisfying to see that the stats for Literature & Fiction compare favourably with those stats. Literature & Fiction is receiving quite a lot of attention and should be a wonderful showcase for authors and their works.
