| Dear Carol,
Your posts of late have shown a lovely side of your mind and memory. A mellowing and the descriptions have been so very nice and vivid. The last one was about the children at the funeral. You know your heart shows in these posts. I wish you would just blab out more stuff. What kindness is in your heart and understanding and vision and truth in your soul.
I imagine you are a bit like me, it takes some letting go to blurt out the words your heart feels.

You bring tears to my eyes. Maybe that is part of what we are about here, finding our writing soul, and getting support from others when we find that soul. Sometimes it seems elusive to me, but when I hear comments as you have given here, I think I might be close to finding that place I can say what is in my heart. We are so alike in many ways, two earth travelers with lots of words inside. Thank you for your comments and special thread.

When I first noticed you on the PA board and we spoke about social writing, I knew you were not just another pretty, shallow face. I wish you knew how really lovely you are. There are people who consider that they have a spot on this earth, know how to protect it, and spend most of their lives defending it.
You have a spot on this earth, but you would let someone else stand in it and you would light their spot with your glow. You are a rare one, you are, Carol Troestler!

Tonight we have our daughter, son-in-law and eight of their friends here. They came up on seven motorcycles, rode motorcycles all day and came back and fixed a fantastic dinner.
And you are a fantastic friend.
