| I am truly puzzled. Someone swooped in with a thread about Publish America and tried to start a fight. What is it about this one company that is almost a footnote in the business that causes people to blow gaskets and waste enough energy to write a new book that would not be with PA. I am truly puzzled. I did one book with PA in 2006. That's done. No one but PA would have published that book, it is what it is. I have written and published three other books since, made the ESSENCE bestsellers list, been published in audio and joined the Author's Guild. PA was a footnote.
Get over it, to those that dwell. Move on to those that look forward. I know some think that their masterpiece went to the wrong place. Fight to wrest back control or do a creative 2nd edition/sequel through someone else.
I refuse to be stuck in limbo over such an issue and to the folks throwing PA bombs over the fence, they have lost its potency. |

| That sums it up pretty well for me, too, DT. Thanks. |

| I had two books published with PA in 2006. Both for a specific reason, and both served the purpose for which they were intended. I've since had a couple more books published, each with a different publisher, I have about 50 short stories out there that can be found with a simple google search, and the new book I am writing with Phil Whitley already has a publisher interested in it. And this is not the same publisher as the other books. The people who have nothing better to do that try to keep the PA arguments going are exactly what I just said. People with nothing better to do. They need to start trying to practice what they've been preaching, and see if they can get something of their own published. |

| These people need to 'get a life' and try writing something worthwhile for a change. |
