MY NEW YORK PUBLISHER... Empty
PostSubject: MY NEW YORK PUBLISHER...   MY NEW YORK PUBLISHER... EmptyMon May 18, 2009 12:24 pm

When my books are ready to publish, and I secure an agent, and she secures a NEW YORK publisher, how should I present myself?
If the publisher is a female, I was thinking...a black suit, black shirt, white tie, and two tone (black and white) shoes.
On the other hand, if the publisher is a male, perhaps I should bring two women of the night with me, just to tease him as we haggle over contract rights.

Any suggestions?.

Naked, of course.

I agree. No one will notice. As for trying to tease New York editors, forget it. Whatever you do, they've seen it all before. But I know you're kidding, so have fun with it. Remember, though, that a dream is fine until it becomes an obsession.

I am just kidding Dick. As to the dream...it is the apex of my direction.

Lane: Not naked...just enough where he thinks he can see something. His eyes will tell if he has the scent.
