I have just moved back here. My kids kept prodding me to move here so they could look after me, as if I need a babysitter. LOL! I think they were really worried about me for the past year, well since Dec. 2, 2007, as that was when my wife passed away, and since then I had been going through a really rough time of trying to get over my loss. But, with God's help, and the encouragement of some really good friends, I managed to get through the roughest times and now I am trying to get on with my life.

So where in Missouri are you now? Question

I plan to go to Branson sometime in late August or early September, when I return from the minister's conference in Ohio, which is Aug. 16 - 19. Hopefully I will be able to promote my newest book at the conference and then in Branson. At least that is the plan for now.

I'm about 70 miles east of Springfield in the West Plains area. We went to Branson this time last year. Had a great time!

I'm very sorry for your loss. A friend on another board just lost his wife. She was 34 years old and left 4 children. I can't even begin to grasp the loss he must be suffering right now.

Oh, I admire anyone who can build anything!
The only things I can put together are furniture that comes in a box (futon frame, my grandkid's crib, bookcases).

But if you are looking for encouragement on your writing ... well you DID come to the right place. The folks here are sooo nice, for humans, of course! Wink
