| Whatever President Obama has been doing in his spare time in his lifetime--it must have been good.
His time appears to have been very well-spent. He found a smart, educated, visually appealing wife. They have beautiful well-behaved daughters.
When one has their personal life in order, it frees them up to work on greater matters.
I got so weary of the accusatory, attack emails. It seems to me the originators of such rubbsh lacked experience in common decency and honesty.

| Hi Alice, I'm sorry to hear about nasty emails but I guess the new President has received his fair share in the past. I think we could all learn from "no drama Obama" about how to stay calm when all around us are losing their cool. We cannot change the past, but we can enjoy the present and look to the future. I'm already looking forward to having a recharged Alice around, firing on all cylinders. |

| We cannot change the past, but we can enjoy the present and look to the future. [/quote] Do we have to? Sounds like no fun--half the joy of living is recounting what we have been through! It begins with our childhoods and moves right along-- the men go to war, the women have children and battle with them to pick up their toys and make their beds--they move away and we cry for them. Then we lose our health either to a large or small extent. Then we die either nch by inch or with a bang and thus surprise, sadden, or gladden our friends. It is comforting to hear other's stories and know we are not alone in our misery. How many here would be gladdened to hear I had written a best-selling book? Won the lottery? Acheived eternal life? You would all be so jealous you would be eaten alive. So never count your blessing--just your miseries. Best, Ratface AKA Alice Just kidding |

| Dearest Ratface, I would not be in the least bit jealous. My pride in you would know no equal. (Is that a no no?) I didn't say we should forget the past. I said we can't change it. Obama wants to change the future of American citizens. Learn from past imperfections to strive for perfection -- even if you can't achieve it. It's the American dream. |
