| For links to the HQ for National Punctuation day and a really funny blog about unnecessary quotation marks, here's my post about it:

| Who would've guessed that there would be a day put aside for this! And it's been going on for 5 years. Amazing we haven't heard about it before. Thanks for the info, Malcolm. Love the post. |

| I thought I read a post where they planned to write a book and at the end, list all the punctuations, and tell the reader to place them where they saw fit? Or was I dreaming? |

| I'd call it a nightmare, Abe.
This reminds me that I once got chewed out by a managing editor for using the term "grammatical error." "If it's erroneous, it isn't grammatical," he said. "From now on use 'error in grammar.'" I did, of course. Not that it ended the chewing outs. Managing editors tend to have eyes that would turn a hawk green with envy. |

| Go for it, Abe. Nightmares make the best stories, Dick. Helen, I had never heard of National Punctuation Day until I glanced at a short feature story about it in the Atlanta paper. Thanks for stopping by my blog, Zada.
