That place is run by http://www.rjcom.com/ which a vanity publishing company (an expensive one at that, wow $1,000 to start???) and all the links on that page go to business owned by the same company. I may be new at this, but hot damn, that place reeks.

                           Thanks ! I have been trying to find blank book covers becuse 
                Smashwords is giving me one helluva hard time on my book cover, no
                matter what I do they still reject it ! So I may pull the book altogether !
