Yes i have hand-coded my own website but the launch is delayed due to shortage of funds.

However, speaking about the prices, I charge $20 for fiction books for first 100 pages and $0.5 thereafter.
$40 for non-fiction books for first 100 pages and $0.8 thereafter.

Note: Prices described on per format basis.

And yes I forgot to mention that I DO NOT USE ANY CONVERSION SOFTWARE FOR MY WORK. ALL BOOKS ARE WRITTEN COMPLETELY IN HTML AND SUPPLIED WITH A VALID OPF AND NCX FILE.

I started with a free web site at webs.com, then I bought my domain and simply linked from the domain to the free web sit. I was going to switch over, but have not. It's a way to get started.

There are several good, free web site places. They have commercials; but so does life.

Yes I too decided to use free web builder Wix.
But then i had to choose my email id as me domain name. So i just dropped the plan and went to code my own website.
My exploration into internet taught me a lot about how to make an image in the internet world. Therefore, I designed my website that will be both Search engine and Device friendly.
It really felt great to make my own website as it taught me more new things. Smile
