| DK - I have so many books from cncbooks to read/review. Some are from Suspense Magazine and some are from Readersfavorite.com. Since I only post once a week, I have a long list of reviews yet to post with more being added nearly weekly. Plus, some of the reviews are from direct author requests. I'll put those ahead of the rest, otherwise the author would be waiting nearly half a year to see the review. I'd rather be ahead of the game than scrambling to post something.
Oh, yeah, I have MY books at home yet to read and/or. Egad! |

| When I signed up to review books from three sources I thought it was cool I'd be getting all of these books to read. However, I didn't realize I'd be getting all these books to read and the time it took to read all of them. |

| You also do a thorough review - to your credit. I had a reviewer one time whose review didn't match the facts of the book. Fortunately, when I brought that to their attention they went back and read the book and then provided an appropriate review...one is not always that lucky. |

| That's too bad you got a reviewer who may have only read the blurb on the back or skimmed the book trying to get relevant facts. Reviewers can't do that and expect to have a decent review. In fact, for Readers Favorite, I was told that if I was discovered to be skimming, I wouldn't be allowed to review for them any longer. They wanted reviewers to read for enjoyment, not just to whip out a review. I read because I like to read. |
