Loved You Empty
PostSubject: Loved You   Loved You EmptySat Sep 12, 2009 11:11 pm

I was the one who looked to the skies
I was the one who shed those cries

I tried and never died
But then you never cried

I am the one who cries for you
The one who would die for you
but you would never know
that I loved you...

Sometimes life never changes
Sometimes the air keeps my heart in shambles

I cry my tears now for you
even though you are gone
I sing this complete song

I am the one who would cry for you
The one who would never die for you
but then you would never know
that I loved you...

Our hearts would never heal
One would take us, the other to stay
goodbye my dear
This is what I would feel

I cry your tears through me
You would die for me
but then we both would be gone
knowing I loved you....

A poem that comes from the heart. Well presented.

Loved You Empty

When I think of all the time spent with words and thoughts about unrequited love, love gone awry, loves unknown, hearts broken, tears shed, lives shattered - all in the name of love - I wonder at the sense of it all.

Yet, some of the most beatiful prose and poetry in the world comes from that illusive and unseen emotion that is powerful beyond reproach.
