Purchasing Forever Friends

I went to order two more copies of the anthology last night. Amazon and B&N both say it is out of print, so I ordered through Lulu. Is it not to be offered on the bookstore sites other than Lulu.com?

Of this is a redundant question, please ignore it. I just haven't seen anything on it.

It is exactly five weeks since I approved the book for distribution. It takes six-eight weeks to show on all the online stores. I sent a book cover to B&N and the cover is showing on their site but the price has not been added yet. Lulu negotiate a discount with Amazon. I haven't given lulu much to bargain with because of all the arguments over the price. Those who understood accepted what I was saying. Those who didn't understand still don't understand.

To put an end to the arguments, I set the price as low as possible. The Power of Persuasion has 190 pages and sells at £10.49 on lulu. Forever Friends has 280 pages and is priced at £9.99. This is underpriced but I just don't have any patience left to argue about it.

The book will be on all the online store within the next three weeks. I've no idea what the price will be.

I don't care about the price, was just checking on availability so I know where to send folks. Until the book shows up on the online stores, I will just send everyone to Lulu.com.

Forgive me, I'm not as old as Dick, but my mind isn't always as sharp as his, either!!

LOL! Dick is a lot sharper than most folk! Soon, I will be able to send a message to all the contributors announcing that the book is available on all the online stores. Many of the contributors are eagerly waiting for the book to go online.

Thanks for ordering the book on lulu! I think it will make a terrific present for the holiday season.

Believe me, Shelagh, I understand about the pricing. I deleted any royalties at all and could only get my book, Now Is Once Upon a Time, down to $18.48, for my 48 page book, but because it is not a standard size, but 8.5" X 8.5", and thus costs more.

People can now order my book on Lulu. I am pleased with how it looks, as the anthology is beautiful as well.
