Religions believing in One God Empty
PostSubject: Religions believing in One God   Religions believing in One God EmptySat Dec 12, 2015 11:36 am

What religions believe in one God?
http://www.everystudent.com/features/connecting.html

Judaism, Christianity and Islam, the three major monotheistic religions, all originated in what is known today as the Arab World. Monotheism literally means "the belief in only one God".

It is difficult to understand how religions believing in one God, the same God, would have such difficulty getting along.  The name they attach to this God differs:
http://www.gotquestions.org/names-of-God.html

“God will repay everyone according to what they have done. To those who by patiently doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be anguish and distress for everyone who does evil, the Jew first and also the Gentile; but glory, honor, and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism. (Romans 2:6–11)

Based on the above, it seems that the so-called  “chosen people” will not be shown favoritism.
There will be anguish and distress for everyone who does evil, the Jew first and also the Gentile.

The people God named, Israel, are made up of 12 tribes. Each of these tribes has their own name. Only the tribe of Judah are Jews. The other eleven are not Jews. It was the Jews who rejected Jesus, and they still do to this day. They teach in their schools, "Jesus is a fairy tale." The tribe of Judah has the world fooled into thinking all of Gods people are called Jews...this is a lie. The tribe of Judah took over what is now called Israel. They claim they have Fulfilled the prophecy that in the last days, Gods people would again be in the promised land. They claim this prophecy was fulfilled in 1948. Gods people the 12 tribes are not in Israel. The prophecy has not yet been fulfilled. The leaders of Israel today are offspring’s of non-Jewish people who joined the tribe of Judah. (as Sammy Davis did.) They are not real Jews, nor do they believe Jesus is the son of God. The star on their flag says who they are. That is not the star of David…David never had a star. His son Solomon did in his later years. It is from Egypt. It is the sign of Satan used in black magic.
The scriptures say the Nation known as Israel today will be destroyed…they are not Gods people, nor do they have the protection of God. It is a fact, the chosen people are not in Israel.

All religions say there is one God. They also say, "Your God and my God are the same God." Yet each believe what they teach is different, because their truth is right, and the others are wrong.
In the Christian religions there are 12 different groups saying different things about the same God?

Roman Catholic (1,200 million people)
Eastern Orthodox (210 million)
Pentecostalist (190 million)
Baptist (105 million)
Lutheran (87 million)
Anglican (82 million)
Oriental Orthodox (75 million)
Methodist (75 million)
Calvinist (75 million)
Evangelical (40 million)
Seventh-Day Adventist (15 million)
Mormon (13.4 million)
Jehovah's Witnesses (7.1 million)

Well, I always put things into simple form. If you say your God is Green, and I say my God is blue...they are not the same God.
If you say your God says to kill those who do not believe as you, than again, your God, and my God are not the same God.
If you say Jesus is not the son of God, than your God, and my God are not the same God.
Etc, etc, etc.....

Some of the stuff religions tell people you would think only a stupid person would buy. I like the funny one about Adam, and the Women eating the fruit. Here is a good one used by the Catholic religion...look at the number of Catholics who love this one. "Make a confession on Saturday, and you can be bad all week, and have it wiped out again next Saturday...LOL...that's a good one.
The Muslims believe if they Kill non-Muslims, they go to heaven, and get TEN VIRGINS...hahaha...that would make God pimp.
I have always said, and I say again...ALL RELIGIONS ARE FALSE. People who join religions are to lazy to do a major study of the scriptures...and that is why they are so easy to lead around.
