| Hello I'm Natalie Hancock, and I'm a new author as of yesterday. Eternal Darkness, my first book, has been released by eXtasy books. It's a paranormal romance/erotic vampire e-book. Here is the blurb Layla, a twenty-one-year-old half-breed known as a dhampir, is incredibly beautiful and deadly. She drinks vampire blood for power and to stop the burning hunger. The vampire academy is a hundred acres of land surrounded by high tech security to ensure that none enters or leaves. She is in the protection. When she has lessons with the vampires, she struggles with her hunger and has to learn to trust them—a big issue for Layla because of her past, something she can neither forget nor run from. The past that haunts her dreams reminds her that she cannot hide as she lives her life in the academy. Then there is Shade—an impossibly handsome vampire and Layla’s one-on-one instructor. Desires she never knew rise whenever he looks at her. She cannot stop how her body reacts to his touch or how much she wants his body and his blood. It is a forbidden lust that they share, one they must keep a secret from those around them or Layla risks everyone finding out who she really is. Someone wants her dead. Layla’s goals, deal with the vampires who hate dhampir’s and keep herself alive. Can she do it?If you want to read more, you can either check out my website, http://www.cursedindarkness.com Or you can check out the website my book is published from, http://www.extasybooks.com my book is on the home page! I think it's safe to say I have no idea what to do with myself. I'm full of nerves and excitement |

| Hi, I am a new author, my debut novel is a fiction romance mystery with a little fantasy thrown in, here is the preface
Preface I looked across from the cliff edge, along the lake, its called lake Aaron, near my home town Millerville, Minnesota. My long black hair wavering in the wind, my amber eyes sensitive to movement and my ears sensitive to sound. I am Lylar, which stands for Wolf Shine in my native language, Elvish. Judging by that you should have guessed I am an elf, a warrior elf. I stood at the cliff edge watching the town people fish with their spears, such a job needed speed and precision, as well as a sound knowledge of fish, the wind was up but calm offering a cool day up on the cliffs and mountains. I had my sword on me, as I always did, I wore it almost like people would where a necklace or a bracelet that they were fond of, apart from my sword wasn't a toy and wasn't to be fiddled with unless you knew what you were doing handling a weapon. The lake was still and it was a clear blue sky. I could run super-fast as well as fly, I was strong in most combat senses but the problem with being my kind of Elvin and having the brother I have is that you have a very high standards of discipline and are quick to react, good in a battlefield, not so good off it, my brothers in the habit of winding me up with his lack of discipline. Along the side of the bank on both sides of the lake there wear tall pine trees with their bare brown trunks and sticking out of them like arm on a stick man there branches with their small pine needles. It was the middle of summer and the sun came out almost every day, which made the water’s clear for the fishermen. if you want to read the whole thing here is my website which is on the Im website, just look up rebekahjoyweir |

| I'd like to wish you every success for the future with your newly published book.
I too am a newly published author, but after many years of rejection letters, I decided to self-publish and my book is available digitally only for now on Amazon since 29 January 2013.
"My Mother Warned Me About Me" will likely have two or possibly three volumes. The first of which covers “The First 13 Years” of Penny O'Toole’s life. She is the youngest child, born in 1956 to a fairly large, upper class family, which originated from Ireland and, having moved with her family as they moved from pillar to post and eventually to Jersey, she now lives in the UK. A powerful, dramatic, emotional and sometimes, humorous storyline unfolds as her life plummets from bad to worse, when her Nana left. Penny was bullied at home, expelled from boarding school, raped at knife-point, lost interest in school and indeed, in herself, got in with the wrong crowd and became totally anti-authoritarian. Yet she only ever wanted love and understanding, which was almost non-existent in her life. After having endured many years of ill treatment, Penny rebelled and, at the age of thirteen, she began to fight back. She took her parents to court for mental and physical cruelty, lost her case and the judge sent her to the infamous Haut de la Garenne “for an indefinite period of time.” |
