| Encore Westerns is running the 1954 film, Destry, tonight at 8:00 Central Time. It's a remake of the 1939 Destry Rides Again that starred Jimmy Stewart and Marlene Dietrich. The reviewers at the time generally said it was at least as good as the original. I personally thought it was better. It's a parody western about a sheriff who is brought in to clean up a wild town, but insists he doesn't "believe in guns," and refuses to wear one. Murphy's tongue-in-cheek tone is right on target. It's one of his better acting jobs. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]If you have the time, give it a try. | Doing research on a local actor I interviewed two years before he died. I heard rumor about a dark part of his life which proved to not be true…but, found this…yeah, the little fellow from Texas is on the list.

| Well, he is on the list as Audie Murphy...not Ben. Yeah, it's the little fellow from Texas.
Those 150 bisexual actors. We missed a few though! Report By WILLIAM-DAKOTA on Sep-30-07 1:06pm Click on Videos and also the pictures for current actors not in the book
You are reading a chapter of my book. Independent publishers have a hard time getting their books out. The book is being sold on Amazon and Barnes & Noble sites. Retailers can order through Ingram Book distributors. It's not a LuLu book, nor an E book nor a Kindle. It is POD, which means print on demand. The quality is near offset publishing.

We had a long list but missed a few! Look at Member's pictures on this blog. It's an update of the Stars who R
The previous blog named 70 bisexual actresses. Although our list of bisexual actors was printed several years ago, it still hurts to see how many have died of AIDS. And I won't be updating a new list of bisexual actors for this book.
The reason I created such a list, as with the female actresses, is so they would be "outed" and whenever anyone would say, such and such a person is gay or bisexual, it would already have been common knowledge, and it wouldn't matter anymore if they were or weren't Bi. And to be bisexual could mean that a person only had, perhaps, one gay experience. "If you are straight, you do not have sex with another person of the same sex." Laying one brick, doesn't make you a brick layer and having sex with one person of the same sex doesn't make you homosexual. This was one of the most controversial exposes in the Hollywood Star. I was going to name 150 bisexual actors, but the list went over that amount without really trying.
(Remember, this list was over 20 years ago, if not longer. There are probably more than 150 that could now be added to any new list. But, this manuscript is about items that had been printed in the Hollywood Star newspaper).
The actors listed are those who have had at least one homosexual experience and some are confirmed homosexuals. Unfortunately, too many have died of AIDS since we published this list. At that time, AIDs was just discovered, or at least given a name after it was diagnosed as a disease. As they say, pitching or catching, when two persons of the same sex have sexual relations, they are considered bisexual. | If billions are reading it, why is it an independent POD?
Just because something is in a book doesn't make it true.
But what if it were? I still don't get the point.

You aren't worth this.

| Yes I am transparent. I teach algebra in high schools. I have seen your kind of teacher. You’re like the scare crow in the wizard of oz. Someone gives you a little piece of paper, and you think you have brains. You come onto a forum waving your little piece of paper like a flag, “I’m a teacher, I’m a teacher,” and you expect everyone to bow down to the great writer you are not. You greet a new member, and that is the first thing you tell them. You want them to know you are the one they should listen to. If someone makes suggestion on the writing you post…you get offended. Who knows better than you how to write…you are a teacher. And you gather your little following and start a flame war. You have a great talent for making up stories. I bow down to your English, How you tell a story is not very good. You won’t listen because you feel a teacher has to know more…a teacher has that piece of paper. If you ever get past yourself, you could be a very good writer…I have told you that before. |

| Dear Dominec,
What a lot of trash you are putting on this message board!
Who cares if you think Audie Murphy was bi or gay or castrated. It has nothing to do with anything at all. I do not know why you are offended by Ann's approach to writing. I have never seen her put into print an opinion about your writing talents that were as flaming and judgemental as you have selected her to dump your opinion upon.
It matters not whether her talent is greater than your's, or if you think your talent is the only talent to be tolerated, or if you have an opinion about her personal self, or anyone else, it matters not at all.
It matters about being civil toward one another on a message board. This is a message board of diverse writers. Not every one writes like you do, not everyone feels the need to single out one member and dump or, to use your word, flame.
I happen to agree with Ann that there is no need for graphic sexual descriptions for the era that she writes. Who are you to tell her that good writing must include that to be believed in these days.
Even Lolita did not include the kind of graphics that you seem to consider necessary...add to that the Tropic of Cancer, The Catcher In The Rye, all banned novels in my era, yet they sold millions.
Your mind may feel that 'details' are expected, but, most people can still can fill in the gaps for themselves, and that is better for the reader.
You owe Ann, and Alice and Shelagh big appologies for lack of descretion and rudeness.
Love,
Betty |

| Domenic,
You have named nearly evey male actor a homosexual. It is not uncommon for a male to have a homosexual encounter during puberty. This does not make him a homosexual.
Children steal things. They are not theives. Children lie, etc, etc.
You have a problem wiith authority figures such as teachers. Were you mistreated as a child or what?
