Independence Day

July 4^th - Independence Day.

There are some Americans who forget the significance of Independence Day and have expressed their sentiment/desire to be under colonial rule.  It is easy to forget about the Revolutionary War also known as the American War of Independence and those who died for the cause.

The big fellow with the wooden teeth, that George Washington fellow offered five acres to all who would join his army...we joined, many died and the English had more pressing problems with France so they just went home...our five acres? That big fellow with  the wooden teeth he kept all that free land for himself...to the rest of us life went on as normal, just like when we were under the King of England...truth is, nothing ever changes for we poor folks.  Now their calling wooden tooth our president. He's been locking folks up who can't pay the tax to pay for the war we just fought. Hell, we should have fought for the King...If I had any money I'd go back to England...they don't have crazy wild people trying to take your hair back home in good old England...I sure do miss home.

Yeah... a true patriot.  George during the whole war won only one battle...against sleeping Germans...the rest was won by the french, and lack of help of the people here in the new world.
I have often wondered what the world would be like if the "True Patriots, " had stayed true to England? My people would have stayed in Italy...come to think of it Abe, my folks would never have known each other? I would never have been born? Maybe our founding fathers would have sold the small America to Mexico..."Si," good idea. Mexico would have joined Spain and taken over England....there would be no Fish & Chips it would be good old Mexican fast food..."Pass the hot sauce."
