                        I have come to the conclusion that I'm not the fantastic writer I thought
   thought I was, and I just can't think anymore....

You are likely the fantastic writer, it's just that the market is so fickle about what it wishes to read.

                        I don't know ? Maybe DK she has lead a very interesting life..I haven't written
   anything in two years, I have ideas but as DK said the market is saturated, Do a political book
   I can't stand politics anymore, everything you can imagine I'm sure there's a book out there
   God knows I have I don't know how many notes on so many ideas from an Egyptian Queen
   who seeks revenge to a Clara Layten series I'm still playing the waiting game with PA for my
   rights to " The Chelsea Murders,"  I have to wait till 2016 !!! I wonder if Shelagh has any ideas
   on how I can re-do this book ?

                  the one for smash words is so difficult to understand...

DK, Joe wouldn't have any books on Smashwords without my help. I have helped dozens of authors who lack the skills to produce book covers and format their books. All I ask in return is that they give someone else their time, because that time has been paid for in the number of hours I have saved them from spending on trying to do something for which they do not have the skills.

I found Smashwords complicated but not Kindle.  Kindle is pretty straightforward.  There are also a lot of PublishAmerica type people out there that will format an ebook to sell them on their site and take a cut figuring friends and relatives will buy enough copies for their trouble and cost.  

Your talent with covers is great.  My ebooks have pretty amateur covers.
