I think there will be no paper.  I saw it on Star Trek.

Star Trek is my future predictor - all spin offs included.  Just love the genius in most of the writing and the social commentary that is said better through science fiction than in modern reality.

Sort of like Betty's animal stories, a comment on our lives as well as theirs.

I still draw on paper.  But I've been using a lot less paper recently.  If it does happen, though, I will be sad because there's still a lot you can do with paper that you can't do with anything else.

Japan already eliminated toilet tissue.  Disposable diapers are bad for landfills.  They are not very disposable.  A new system is definitely needed.  Glad I'm long past changing diapers!

The toilet washes the bottom and dries it.  Sort of a combination bidet and toilet all in one but for men and women.  They are electronic, too, no flush handle.
